　　如果齒輪泵運行但不出膠，先看膠水熔化情況、濾網有沒有被堵塞。如果是新設備，那么原因可能是熱熔膠回路內真空造成的，這是要先拆掉膠管接頭螺帽，讓機器運轉，待出膠正常后再裝回去。

If the gear pump is running but does not produce glue, first check the melting of the glue and whether the filter screen is blocked. If it is a new device, the reason may be due to vacuum in the hot melt adhesive circuit. This requires first removing the nut of the adhesive pipe joint, allowing the machine to operate, and then reinstalling it after the adhesive is discharged normally.

　　如果是舊設備，那么有可能是齒輪泵齒輪已耗損，可以將齒輪泵取下來，換上一組新的齒輪。
