　　涂布機(jī)可以將固體熱熔膠加熱熔融，經(jīng)過(guò)精密齒輪泵將液態(tài)膠輸送到漿料涂布裝置，涂布在基材上。由于涂布機(jī)涂布工藝的原因，在涂布生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中也可能出現(xiàn)膠出量少或不出膠的現(xiàn)象。出現(xiàn)這種情況的原因有以下幾種，我們分別來(lái)說(shuō)：

If the adhesive size is uneven, it may be due to the filter being blocked, the motor not running properly, or the reflux valve being adjusted improperly. Corresponding adjustments can be made.

　　如果齒輪泵運(yùn)行但不出膠，先看膠水熔化情況、濾網(wǎng)有沒(méi)有被堵塞。如果是新設(shè)備，那么原因可能是熱熔膠回路內(nèi)真空造成的，這是要先拆掉膠管接頭螺帽，讓機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，待出膠正常后再裝回去。

If the gear pump is running but does not produce glue, first check the melting of the glue and whether the filter screen is blocked. If it is a new device, the reason may be due to vacuum in the hot melt adhesive circuit. This requires first removing the nut of the adhesive pipe joint, allowing the machine to operate, and then reinstalling it after the adhesive is discharged normally.

　　如果是舊設(shè)備，那么有可能是齒輪泵齒輪已耗損，可以將齒輪泵取下來(lái)，換上一組新的齒輪。

If it is an old equipment, it is possible that the gear of the gear pump has been worn out. The gear pump can be removed and replaced with a new set of gears.
